Christian Outreach College Toowoomba was established in 1982 as a means of providing Christian Education to the community. The College being co-educational currently has a roll of approximately 680 students spanning from Kindergarten (4 year olds) to Year 12.
Families come from a wide range of Christian backgrounds from across all of Toowoomba and the wider Darling Downs region. We provide homestay facilities for our students who attend from remote regional areas.
As a Kindergarten to Year 12 Christian College, we help students on their journey of learning for life. The end result is students who are more compassionate and confident and who possess the academic skills and character for success in life. We achieve this by working with our students to discover and develop their passions, skills and abilities.
Through nurture, pastoral care and fostering a vibrant faith, students learn to understand and guide their lives by the Biblical principles and Christian values of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
Our College excels in keeping parents informed of the many and varied happenings that are part of College life. An extensive range of written communications and the publication of a yearly calendar of events facilitate communication between home and the College.
Our International program is gaining a lot of interest as we continue to grow and develop in this area as a College. Recently we have had discussions with agents in Japan, China, Singapore and Papua New Guinea who have all expressed a keen interest in what our College has to offer for students from their respective countries. As this area develops we will offer our new International Students an Intensive English Program to assist with their learning and overall cultural experience.
