芬蘭頂尖的科技型大學(xué)：奧盧大學(xué)

　　奧盧大學(xué)(University of Oulu)是芬蘭北部城市奧盧的一所公立綜合性研究型大學(xué)，是LAOTSE成員學(xué)校。世界排名在200名以內(nèi)，芬蘭國(guó)內(nèi)排名第4。奧盧大學(xué)是一所充滿活力的科學(xué)和教育基地，現(xiàn)有學(xué)生14，500名學(xué)生和3100名教職員工。學(xué)校的目標(biāo)是改進(jìn)芬蘭北部的教育制度，建設(shè)頂尖型的國(guó)際科學(xué)大學(xué)。

　　Oulu大學(xué)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技中心獲得了非常優(yōu)秀的信息科技成果。大學(xué)擁有世界知名的分子生物和生物科技，該大學(xué)擁有兩個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)的研究中心。教學(xué)水平達(dá)到國(guó)家級(jí)教育體制的認(rèn)證。所有這些都是靠全體的教職員工和學(xué)生共同努力得來(lái)的。

　　大學(xué)的教學(xué)涵蓋9個(gè)領(lǐng)域，分布在6大學(xué)院里。大學(xué)側(cè)重以下幾方面的研究：生物技術(shù)，信息技術(shù)，北極問(wèn)題和環(huán)境研究。奧盧市的植物園歸屬于奧盧大學(xué)生物系。它的主要功能就是服務(wù)于奧盧大學(xué)的教學(xué)與科研工作。同時(shí)也為其它學(xué)校的生物教學(xué)提供幫助，當(dāng)然植物園也對(duì)外開(kāi)放。植物園花房呈金字塔形，內(nèi)有世界各地植物千余種，由于面積有限，這些植物均是從教研究學(xué)角度精選出來(lái)的。
